As well as being subject to the requirements that derive from Irish and European legislation, Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFM) are also subject to various other regulatory requirements based on the nature of their activities and the associated risks.

AIF Rulebook

The AIF Rulebook is the Central Bank’s rulebook in relation to AIFs which includes chapters concerning Retail Investor AIFs, Qualifying Investor AIFs, AIF Management Companies, Fund Administrators, Alternative Investment Fund Managers and AIF Depositaries
