Public Net Short Positions

Public disclosure of significant net short positions in shares pursuant to Article 6 of the Short Selling Regulations can be found in the file below:

The file contains two tables:

• Current Table with a current list of the outstanding net short positions in shares at or above the publication threshold
• Historical Table with historical data on all individual net short positions in shares that were published

When a net short position in shares falls below a relevant disclosure threshold, the disclosure will only be displayed in the Current Table for one business day but will be shown in the Historical Table indefinitely.

Position holders are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data submitted on notifications/disclosures to the Central Bank under the Short Selling Regulations.
