Disclosure Obligations

Section 11B. (1) (e) & (f) and Section 26E. (a) & (b) of the Asset Covered Securities Act, 2001 (as amended by European Union (Covered Bonds) Regulations 2021 (S.I. No.576 of 2021) imposes an obligation on the Central Bank to publish:

• A list of Asset Covered Securities that are entitled to use the label ‘European Covered Bond’; 
• A list of Asset Covered Securities that entitled to use the label ‘European Covered Bond (Premium)’.
• A list of the covered bond programmes for which permission has been granted under Section 26B; and 
• A list of the covered bond programmes in respect of which permission has been withdrawn under Section 99A.
