Specific Disclosure Requirements
Regulation 132(1) of the European Union (Capital Requirements) Regulations 2014 (S.I. 158 of 2014, as amended) (which transposes Article 144 of Directive 2013/36/EU (CRD, as amended)) sets out specific disclosure requirements for competent authorities which includes the requirement to publish a summary description of the outcome of the review and description of the measures imposed in cases of non-compliance with Articles 405-409 of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 (CRR, as amended), identified on an annual basis. As of 1 January 2019, the disclosure requirements apply to in-scope securitisation activity under the Securitisation Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/2402, as amended).
