Notifications

An enhanced filing notification service for returns is now available. The Portal Administrator can enable notifications via the Returns Tab.

Portal Administrators can assign their firm’s Portal Users as the contact for a specific return or all returns.

Manage Notifications

Once a Portal User is assigned as a contact they will receive notifications advising them when a return is due or if the due date has passed. These notifications will be sent to the Portal User via a message. These messages can be seen in the messages tab on the main Portal Menu.

Please contact your Portal Administrator to gain access to notifications for returns. Once permissioned to receive notifications, they will appear in the Portal User messages.

Portal Administrators can assign themselves permissions for Notifications via the Portal Administration section on the Portal menu.

Portal Administrators should ‘Manage Permissions’ and select where required:

Portal Users should contact their Portal Administrators to request access to Notifications.

Once a Portal user has adequate permissions in place and is assigned as a contact, notifications will be sent via Portal Messages. Users should navigate to the Portal Menu>Messages to read notifications.
