Portal Administration’s should activate their permissions via the Portal Administrator Tab to be able to access.

The Portal Administration receives automatic access to all return types, however in the scenario where the ‘View/Edit’ option is not displaying the following action should be taken:

Go to Portal Administration>Manage Users>Select the relevant User>Select Actions>Manage Permissions>Scroll to the bottom of the permission page and select Save.

Once saved, best practice is to clear the browser history and to log in again. The View/Edit/Returns Tab should then appear.

Portal Users should contact their Portal Administrators and request they take the above action on their behalf.

To submit Return's simply click on the View / Edit Return's to view Return type you want to submit. The Return's available to you are displayed as a Hyperlink in table format. Depending on the number of Return types available for you to view, you may need to scroll up/down to see all Return types.

Click on the Return type you want to submit. Consult the relevant Return guidance for Return's submission details.
